This makes us unique in our field and gives the Talent Acquisition team some real differentiators with which to go to market. Our job is to leverage that difference and to make Oasis stand out as the employer within a very congested and challenging education sector. We do this by:
- Partnering closely with our cohort of academies in region to
- Build compelling campaigns – ones that really stand out brilliantly
- Write inspiring advertising copy and supporting content – to engage and inspire new applications
- Access and utilise a wide range of local and national channels to target the very best talent – from job boards to colleges to community hubs
- Think differently about our routes and strategies to market - be disruptive
- Develop effective, well managed third-party relationships - agencies, job boards, communities
- Build relevant and engaged talent pools – in all disciplines
- Get the best performance out of our systems and tools - ATS, CRM, HRIS
- Share best practice interview techniques with our customer audiences – and be prepared to do FTF training
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience – every time
- Measure ourselves against relevant and useful metrics that support our work and showcase our achievements – and come up with new ways to prove impact
You will need to demonstrate:
A track record in end-to-end Talent Acquisition (ideally with some education sector experience)
Experience of high-volume, short-turnaround campaigns including planning, creatives and channel selection
Direct search experience using tools including LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience using and configuring/refining ATS’s
Highly creative writing skills for ad copy and supporting content
A willingness to suggest and try new approaches and to learn from results
An unshakeable belief in the power of teamworking and the need to knowledge share
Expertise in one of: Employer Brand, Early Careers, Talent Pooling, Applicant Tracking Systems, Recruitment Marketing, Social media for Recruitment,
And personally – you will be adaptable, up for change, highly customer focused, innovative and a little disruptive (positively). And of course, you’ll love being at the centre of things.
You'll be based 'in region and prepared to travel up to three days a week to your local academies (expensed) of 18 schools across the Northern region, where you will build amazing relationships as their TA subject matter expert.
