Pay scale

Band 3 FTE £26,182 - £28,440. Actual starting salary £22,456 with performance-based yearly increments available

What skills and experience we're looking for

Student Development Assistant's (SDA's)provide the support that is required to enable barriers to learning to be overcome and to enable all pupils to maximise their enjoyment and learning from their time in the Academy.This is a unique opportunity to join a successful academy as part of a supportive and very hard-working pastoral team.

The appointed Student Development Assistant will support the KS3 Year Group Leads and will have responsibility for daily matters such as consistency checks, on-call, uniform, attendance and attitude to learning, as well as supporting teachers in ensuring pupils engage with their learning in order to meet their targets.
