Student Services Administrator job summary
Student Services Administrator - Walnut Tree Campus
Monday to Thursday, 8am until 4.00pm and Friday 8am until 3.30pm. Term Time only plus two weeks.
This role will be based in Student Services and provides a range of services for students during the school day. The role is varied but will include;
Dealing appropriately with students’ general queries
Managing stationary supplies for both staff and students
Management of lost property
Providing support for First Aid (training will be given)
As an integral member of the Walton High administration team, the post holder will be focused on providing high quality administrative support to staff and students.
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritise, the post holder will have exceptional communication, organisation, administrative and IT skills.
Walton High opened in 1999 with 120 Year 8 students. Since then the school has grown significantly and now has over 2,000 students on roll, including 300+ Post 16. The school has an excellent reputation and is consistently oversubscribed.
In November 2016, Walton High expanded onto a second campus at Brooklands which is only two and half miles from the original Walnut Tree Campus. Each campus now has over 1,500 students in Years 7-11 and a considerable Post-16.
