What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and approachable Student Services Administrator to join our team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting students, being part of the team that is the first point of contact in the school’s Student Services office. The successful candidate will undertake first aid training.

The role also involves managing student records, responding to enquiries, adhering to policies, assisting the school Attendance Team and ensuring the smooth operation of the Student Services office.

You will provide main reception duties at times and be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient customer service, including dealing with enquiries from staff, students, parents, and external agencies in a courteous and professional manner.
