About the Role

As a key member of our close, friendly office team, you’ll be the first point of contact for students and will help keep our Student Services running smoothly. Every day will bring something different — from supporting students with enquiries, administering basic first aid, coordinating school activities, and assisting staff with a wide range of admin tasks.

This is a busy, people‑focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive here if you’re organised, calm under pressure, and enjoy building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcoming and supporting students with day‑to‑day queries
  • Administering basic first aid
  • Assisting with visitors and general enquiries
  • Managing student information and attendance records
  • Supporting staff with admin tasks, events, and parent communications
  • Helping coordinate school trips, work experience, and parents’ evenings
  • Maintaining online systems, payments, and paperwork
  • Designing certificates and supporting activities that celebrate student success
What We’re Looking For
  • A positive, solution‑focused attitude
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Someone who enjoys teamwork and contributes to a warm, supportive office culture
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help young people
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in a lively, busy environment
Why Join Us?
  • A warm, welcoming team that supports each other
  • A lively office environment where every day is different
  • The chance to make a real impact on students’ school experience
  • Great variety — no two days are the same!

If you enjoy working with young people, can juggle a busy workload, and love being part of a friendly, proactive team, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
