What skills and experience we're looking for

Working as part of the Student Services Team you will provide a high quality, customer-focused student services function to support our New College Pontefract students. Strong organisational, time management and customer service skills are essential for this varied role, as is a flexible approach to work.

With previous experience of using computerised administrative systems, the successful candidate will have good IT skills, attention to detail, the ability to plan and prioritise to deadlines and an understanding of how to handle sensitive information of a confidential nature.
