Student Services Manager job summary

About the role: Longfield Academy has a rare and exciting opportunity to appoint a Student Services Manager to join us as soon as possible. Our successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding pastoral support to vulnerable students and ensuring the efficient running of the behaviour system. Our successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding issues.

Applicants should be professional, personable and committed to providing an excellent service on behalf of the school and wider Trust, and above all else our appointed candidate will have a positive work ethic and can-do attitude.
