What skills and experience we're looking for
The person we are looking for will be a positive role model and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and have the ability to motivate others.
A background in academic mentoring, welfare work or mentoring with young people would be helpful but key is the ability to listen, to have compassion and to form positive relationships that will help students to meet their full academic potential.

In September 2016 we moved into a new building; a further extension was completed in September 2021 due to the school being oversubscribed for the 4th year, enabling the school to grow from 600 to 750 students.

We are a popular and oversubscribed school having moved into a new state of the art building in 2016 with a new extension which opened in September 2021 to accommodate growing numbers of students. The school has grown from 395 students in 2016 to 720; this is testament to the belief and trust our community places in us and what the school stands for. The ethos of our school is one of ambition, excellence and high expectation.
