We're looking for a dedicated Student Support Coordinator to join our supportive team at Lift Aylward.
You'll play a key role in providing pastoral care, guidance, and day-to-day support for students, helping to create a positive and inclusive school environment where every student can thrive. Working closely with the Director of Learning, you will help lead on the preparation of parents' evenings alongside the Student Support Administrator, support tutor teams, and deputise for the Director of Learning when required.

You're someone who has:
* Experience in motivating students and promoting high expectations
* The ability to provide strong pastoral support with empathy, patience, and active listening
* A positive and professional approach, acting as a role model for students
* The confidence to think creatively and respond effectively to challenges
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families

Located in the heart of Edmonton, North London, Lift Aylward is a vibrant 11-18 learning community of over 1,000 students, including a thriving and ambitious sixth form.
