Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? The Nicholas Hammond Academy are looking to appoint a Student Support Leader to support students in the classroom within an Academy that strives for excellence. 

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and has a passion for supporting teaching and learning to become a member of our Pastoral Team. The successful candidate will manage and improve the behaviour and progress of students within the academy and support students in being ready to learn and to be happy, successful and positive members of the academy community. This role will also involve supporting the positive engagement between the academy and families.

To succeed, you'll hold GCSE grade 4/C+ in a range of subjects including English and Maths and have experience of working effectively in a learning / student care setting.

You will be joining a dynamic team, who enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
