Student Support Manager job summary

About the role: Strood Academy has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Student Support Manager to join us as soon as possible. Our successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills whilst managing a variety of tasks, will be very personable and approachable, and will have the ability to build good working relationships with our students. On a daily basis you'll be in contact with students, various members of staff, parents and external agencies - this is a busy and fast-paced role so we'd love to hear from candidates who are keen to be part of our collaborative and supportive environment. It is essential that our successful candidate has previous pastoral experience. The working basis for this role is 37 hours per week during Term Time plus 1 additional weeks inset. This is a fixed term role until end of July 2022.
