Student Support Officer job summary
We are looking to recruit a Student Support Officer to help address any pastoral needs of students who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will work with students, parents/carers, staff and other agencies to bring about improved behaviour and attendance at school. They will promote positive attitudes from students and families towards education to ensure students benefit fully from the opportunities available to them.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with young people, have a flexible and positive approach, thrive working as part of a team, and be keen to ensure we deliver an inclusive education to our students.
