Salary: NJC Grade D2 Point 4 – 11, £19,974 - £22,248 per annum (actual)
Hours: Full Time, permanent (Term Time plus 1 week)
(37 hours, Monday: 8.00 - 3.30pm, Tuesday - Friday: 8.00am – 4.00pm)

We are seeking to appoint a Student Support Receptionist and Lead First Aider to assist our Medical Needs Coordinator and the Office Manager to coordinate appropriate provisions for all students both in school and on school trips, with a medical need. The successful applicant will act as the school’s lead first aider and also assist in the smooth and efficient running of the school’s office and reception area with a focus on student support and first aid.
We are looking for someone who is organised and able to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines, has the ability to demonstrate a high level of administrative skills including dealing with confidential and sensitive material. The successful applicant will provide admin support to the Duke of Edinburgh Co-ordinator and will undertake general office, reception and administrative duties as required.
