Student Support Role - Personal Development Centre Coordinator job summary
Outwood Grange Academy places students at the centre of everything it does, with a focus on creating a culture of success, a positive climate for learning, and increased student attainment, achievement and social and emotional development. The Academy was judged to be ‘outstanding’ in every category by Ofsted in March 2012.
We believe that all support staff within our Family of Schools are key posts in terms of securing student success and achievement across a broad range of subjects and experiences.
As such we are keen to recruit dedicated and ambitious individuals who will add value to our Academy in both academic terms and through involvement in the fabric of learning and success beyond the classroom.
We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to join our academy as a Pastoral Worker to support the academy in maintaining behaviour and attendance. This newly created post that commits to a high quality inclusive practice. If you can make a difference to disadvantaged children’s lives and want to be part on an academy that is on an exciting journey we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate needs to be extremely well organised, have the ability to plan and prioritise work to ensure that strict deadlines are accurately met as well as Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or equivalent).
