Student Wellbeing Support and Safeguarding Administrator job summary
We are seeking an empathetic Student Wellbeing Support and Safeguarding Administrator to join our dedicated safeguarding team at Charters School. In this vital role, you will work with a range of young people in supporting them to overcome barriers which may be impacting their school attendance and wellbeing.
The post also includes being the backbone of our safeguarding operations, providing high-level administrative support to the Safeguarding Team. The post includes maintaining safeguarding logs and policies, liaising with external safeguarding
The ideal candidate will be a professional, confident and enthusiastic team player with a calm and flexible “can do” attitude. A high degree of confidentiality is essential, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only
