What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student support through raising aspirations and performance and helping to build ambition, confidence and resilience in young people. Confidentiality, flexibility and a supportive and empathetic approach towards students are key skills required in this role in order to provide a high standard of support to individual students with their specific care and educational needs.

The successful candidate will have the knowledge, understanding and experience of working with young people in a similar environment and must be willing to undertake further training relevant to the post.
