We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed Subject Leader to lead our successful Business Studies and Economics Team. The successful applicant will be an excellent classroom practitioner with the motivation, drive and skills to lead these important subjects and their associated co-curricular opportunities.

Essential educational requirements
Good honours degree in a relevant subject
Qualified Teacher Status
Essential skills and experience
Excellent subject knowledge
Familiar with current subject developments
Keen to be involved in curriculum development

Adaptable and flexible; able to embrace and manage change
Drive and passion for the use of IT to enhance teaching and learning
Evidence of good relationships with young people and adults

Strong organisational, personal time-management and planning skills
TLR 2b (currently £4,655 per annum).
