What you will do to be successful here;
- Develop and improve the curriculum for Child Development, and Health & Social Care, building and providing high quality learning resources for all students studying in the curriculum areas.
- Coordinate the input of colleagues teaching in the subject areas and ensure a high quality of provision is maintained by all.
- Regularly and effectively, track, monitor and review the whole cohort of students in both subjects and ensure that teachers of the subjects address the underperformance of students with timely intervention.
- Carry out appropriate training, moderation and administration to meet school and awarding body standards and criteria.
