Subject Leader Music job summary

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational and passionate specialist to lead our Music department. If you are an existing or aspiring subject leader we would welcome your interest and application. Successful candidates will:

o Have responsibility to lead the delivery of Music at key stage 3 and 4.

o To provide leadership in Music and ensure excellent outcomes for all students.

o To lead the development of the curriculum so that all students receive a rich and challenging experience of science.

o Be an effective classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management and committed to ensuring all students succeed and fulfil their potential.

o Experience of developing and holding staff accountable.

o An outstanding track record within your current department or role.
