High-quality pastoral support helps students to regulate, learn from their mistakes, and become you citizens. Clear classroom routines, expectations, and centralised processes, including detentions, are in place to support staff and maximise every minute on learning.

At TSPA we are passionate about supporting the Personal and Cultural Development of students. Job specifics

Start Date: September 2025

Salary: AST 1-12 dependent on experience

Job role: Part time, FTE 0.6 Tue, Wed & Thu for your working days, we can be flexible.
