What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Subject Leader of Drama with talent, ambition, and the desire to lead and build upon the excellent teaching and learning at all stages in the Drama curriculum. You will be an outstanding practitioner, with previous experience of responsibility and leadership within a team.

We need someone with enthusiasm, a ‘can do’ mentality, an ability to inspire others and translate a vision into reality.
