Success Centre Manager job summary
At Etone College we are seeking a committed and experienced Success Centre Manager to lead and develop our school’s Success Centre provision. This vital role supports some of our most vulnerable pupils—those returning from exclusion or isolation, those with SEND, and those facing significant social, emotional or behavioural challenges.
You will work proactively to break down barriers to learning, enabling every pupil to access a tailored curriculum and thrive in a supportive and structured environment.
Essential requirements for the role include:
- An adequate level of literacy and numeracy (GCSE grade C or Equivalent in English & Maths).
- Previous experience of working with young people.
- The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- A friendly, professional and respectful approach which demonstrates support and commitment to providing a quality service.
