The role will be working to re-engage students with education by providing a trauma-informed, values-led provision rooted in safety, belonging, and nurture. Through explicit teaching of emotional regulation, resilience, and life skills, students will be supported to overcome barriers to learning, working towards successful reintegration into mainstream education or transition confidently to their next stage.

Are you a creative, solution focused and adaptable team player who will have high expectations of students whatever their starting points and be able to work in an ever changing environment where staying calm is key? If so, contact us for a visit.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for teachers who embody our values within a school community: Ambition, striving to unlock the full potential of every pupil; Courage, embracing challenges with resilience and high expectations; Confidence, promoting positive learning environments where pupils and staff believe in themselves; and Kindness, creating a caring, inclusive school culture where every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
