You will have considerable experience as a teaching assistant and be an enthusiastic, visionary and solution-focused to lead other teaching assistants in developing their skills within the classroom. You will be a strong role model to other teaching assistants in school.

Whether you're stepping in to lead a class or coordinating staff to ensure every pupil gets the support they need, your role is vital in maintaining the high standards of care and education we pride ourselves on.

North Ridge is an Outstanding specialist high school for pupils with persistent and complex special educational needs, aged 11-19 years.
We are a fast developing school split across two sites in North Manchester. Our main site is located in Higher Blackley, and our 6th Form HUB in Cheetham Hill. The 6th Form HUB incorporates a range of student led businesses serving our school and the local community.
