What skills and experience we're looking for

Central England Academy Trustprovides excellent education to learners in Nuneaton and the surrounding areas. We have four schools: Oak Wood Primary School, Oak Wood Secondary School, Jade School and Higham Lane School. Together, we offer a comprehensive education to students aged 4 to 19 in both mainstream and SEND settings. We are a diverse Trust that celebrates individual learning needs, including profound, severe, and complex learning needs.

Oak Wood Secondary School is a successful specialist setting for children and young people aged from 11 to 19 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled qualified Teacher who are or aspire to be outstanding practitioners. We particularly welcome applications from teachers with experience of teaching in a primary or secondary setting who have the ability to transfer their skills to working with pupils who may have severe or complex learning difficulties and social and communication learning needs.
