What skills and experience we're looking for

At INSPIRE Connected Communities Trust we support the holistic development of our young people with a wide range of complex needs and learning difficulties, including autism. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and creative practitioner to bring further knowledge and skills to our team.

As multi-disciplinary practitioners, we hold high expectations and a community wide commitment to supporting our young people.

Within the role you will work as part of the team in meeting students at their point of need, implementing the curriculum in line with our values of communication, connection and community.

You will hold responsibility for a class group, as well as working with colleagues in areas of school improvement, linking directly to curriculum and pupil outcomes, across the 4 areas of need.

Experience of working within a restorative, solution focused culture and utilising strategies in supporting pupils with complex needs, across a primary curriculum model, is an advantage.

This is a great opportunity to further your career within an environment based on a coaching culture and a commitment to staff personal and professional learning and development. We welcome teachers who are early in their career.
