What skills and experience we're looking for
Freebrough Academyis excited to announce two teaching positions in our new alternative provision setting, working with small classes of Key Stage 4 students. We are looking for enthusiastic and innovative teachers who are passionate about supporting students to reach their full potential in a nurturing and focused environment.
The successful candidates will be excellent classroom practitioners who can inspire, motivate, and challenge our students. They will have the ability to monitor and track student progress, setting high expectations and promoting good progress and outcomes across all subjects. The role will involve demonstrating strong subject knowledge, fostering a positive learning atmosphere, and effectively managing behaviour to ensure a safe and productive environment.
You will also be responsible for fulfilling wider professional responsibilities and contributing to the success of our alternative provision setting.
