This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent classroom practitioner who is passionate about ensuring every child reaches their full potential. The successful candidate will combine high-quality classroom teaching with the delivery of targeted interventions, supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning, close gaps in attainment and achieve strong outcomes.
Working closely with class teachers, the SENCO and senior leaders, you will play a key role in identifying pupils' needs, planning effective support and monitoring the impact of interventions. You will have the opportunity to make a significant difference to the educational journey of children who require additional support, while continuing to deliver engaging and inspiring teaching experiences within the classroom.
At The Three Trees Academies, our vision of Aspire, Belong, Achieve is at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to be warm, inclusive and nurturing schools where children and staff are supported to thrive. We have high expectations for all members of our community and are committed to ensuring every child develops the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to flourish both academically and personally.
We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for pupil attainment, progress and behaviour. You will have a strong understanding of effective assessment practices and intervention strategies, alongside a passion for supporting children to overcome barriers to learning and achieve success. You will be able to deliver engaging, creative and inclusive learning experiences, adapting your teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a wide range of abilities and learning needs. The successful candidate will be a committed team player who values collaboration and is able to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents and carers.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine classroom teaching with targeted intervention work throughout the 2026/2027 academic year. From September 2027, the successful candidate will move into a full-time teaching post within a RISE Multi Academy Trust school, providing continuity of employment and the chance to continue developing their career within our family of schools.
In return, we can offer happy, enthusiastic pupils who are eager to learn, alongside a welcoming and dedicated staff team who are committed to providing the very best outcomes for children. As part of RISE Multi Academy Trust, you will have access to high-quality professional development, career progression opportunities and a strong network of support. We are committed to staff wellbeing and fostering a culture where colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered to develop professionally.
