What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious primary school teacher with strong team-working abilities to join our supportive, ambitious and dynamic trust.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Key Stage One (KS1) class teacher or a teacher who would like to take on extra responsibility in their new role. Previous leadership experience is advantageous and experience of mixed age planning across years 1 and 2 is preferable.

You will:

  • teach with passion

  • havegood general knowledge and secure knowledge of the whole school curriculum
  • behighly skilled at selecting from and using a wide repertoire of pedagogical approaches

  • provide challenge and support to all pupils
  • be a role model who influences the attitudes, values and learning behaviours of pupils
