What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join our team of educators across the EYFS and Primary provision. Working closely with their key stage team and the support of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, you will also be expected to contribute to school development and take an active role in whole school and campus events and initiatives in addition to your daily classroom responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • will actively support the ethos, educational vision, policies and direction of the school.
  • has a passion for teaching and learning.
  • has an outstanding knowledge of the National Curriculum and child development that can be utilised to motivate, inspire and stimulate curiosity, interest and enjoyment of learning in all of our pupils.
  • has experience in taking on initiatives and leading on them impacting positively on pupil outcomes.
  • has a secure knowledge of the teaching and learning of phonics and strategies to encourage rich language acquisition.
  • has high aspirations for all children rooted in the belief that every child has the potential to succeed.
  • has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.
  • has high expectations of pupils in terms of learning, achievement and behaviour.
  • is enthusiastic, flexible and ready to stuck into life at Brodetsky.
