What skills and experience we're looking for

We are welcoming applications from Teachers at all stages of their career and with specialisms in any subject. Successful ECTs will benefit from Early Career Framework training and support whilst more experienced colleagues will receive development opportunities appropriate to their career stage.

What the school offers its staff

We are a thriving 7 class, single year group school with children who are ready to learn and a staff team who enjoy each other’s company. Within the current team we have a great balance of experience and those new to working in education. We all take pride in our school and contribute to its success.

A considerable reduction in teacher workload has been achieved alongside fantastic results; we strongly believe these two elements work well together. Our children are respectful and exhibit excellent behaviour. Our most recent Ofsted report stated, “Aspirations for pupils are evident in the school’s values and ambitious curriculum.” We continue to build on this success each day in order that our children leave us as academically curious life-long learners who are confident and thoughtful citizens.
