Teacher job summary

CWA Basingstoke is a Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) co-educational secondary provision for students aged 10-16 years. We have high expectations and work tirelessly with a dedicated, passionate staff team to create an environment where every student can thrive.

We are seeking a motivated teacher who is committed to making a real difference.

Your role will include:

• Delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
• Supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Maintaining a safe, positive classroom environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
• Contributing to curriculum planning and school improvement.
