Bracken Hill School is an all-age Special School for children aged 4 to 18 years, who have a range of complex educational needs with associated social and emotional difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
We are looking to appoint a Teacher who is passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with SEND. We are looking for a teacher who will play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences for pupils with a range of complex needs. The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and purposeful learning that supports pupils to develop communication, independence and confidence
- Plan and adapt learning carefully so that activities help pupils secure the intended knowledge and skills
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and strengthen our curriculum across all pathways and age phase
- Use assessment effectively to understand pupil progress and inform future learning
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and work closely with families and other professionals.
You will join a supportive and dedicated staff team who work closely together to ensure that every pupil experience success.
