Infant Teacher with excellent knowledge of SEND to lead Enhanced Specialist Provision room.
Required from September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

We are looking to appoint an excellent, committed and enthusiastic teacher to join our Federation and establish this new role. The position is being offered on a full-time basis. It is unlikely to be suitable for an ECT. If you enjoy being part of a hard-working team, supporting children with SEND and their families and having high aspirations for their learning and development, we would love to hear from you.
You should be able to demonstrate a child centred philosophy and a commitment to high quality learning and teaching for children with SEND, while displaying the energy and determination required to support every child to achieve.
We are looking to appoint a teacher who is:

- Passionate about creating enabling and ambitious learning opportunities for all
- Able to communicate effectively with all members of the school community
- Experienced in adapting learning to meet a range of needs
- Knowledgeable about the curriculum and assessment processes in EYFS and KS1

- A reflective practitioner with a commitment to self-development
