We are seeking a dedicated and skilled teacher to join our warm, forward-thinking team. This is a rewarding opportunity to teach pupils with autism and related communication differences, helping them to thrive both in their learning and personal development.
At our specialist school, every pupil is valued as an individual. You will play a vital role in teaching pupils to access learning, fostering independence, and helping each young person achieve their very best.
The Role
As a teacher, you will:
- Have a passion and commitment to education for pupils with complex communication and interaction needs

- Ability to lead and motivate a team of Learning Assistants
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate both pupils and staff

- Have the responsibility to promote and safeguard the welfare of all pupils.
