In this rewarding role, you will deliver engaging andambitioussport programmes across a range of levels, helping students develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for future success.You will play a key role in curriculum delivery, student progress, assessment, quality assurance and course leadership responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality, engaging sport lessons using a variety of teaching methods and technologies.
- Supportand motivate students to achieve their academic and career goals.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.
- Leadand coordinate assigned programmes, including assessment and quality processes.
- Contribute to innovative curriculum development aligned with industry needs.
- Build positive relationships with employers, schools, parents and other stakeholders.
- Supportopen events, interviews and student recruitment activities.
What we're looking for
- Degree or industry-recognised qualification in Sport.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
- Significant industry experience within the sport sector.
- Experience delivering formal education programmes and assessing learner achievement.
- Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
- Commitmentto professional development and outstanding student outcomes.
