The West Dartmoor Federation (Lady Modiford’s & Meavy Primaries), part of St Christopher’s MAT, are seeking a highly motivated professional, with the enthusiasm, energy and commitment to teach in one of our friendly village schools. This is a permanent position. Both our schools have been awarded a ‘Good’ OFSTED judgement in the past year, and we are excited to continue our journey as a community of learners.

We are looking for a Teacher who:
Demonstrates excellent classroom practice with high standards of teaching and learning to motivate, value and nurture all children.
Has experience of teaching across key stages
Is able to create a high-quality, stimulating, interactive and creative learning environment.
Has experience of leading an area of the curriculum, or a desire to do so.
Has a good understanding of assessment.
Has high expectations of themselves and all children.
Has excellent behaviour and pastoral management skills.
Is able to work well as part of a team and be willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life.
Respect the school’s ethos and values as a small Church of England Primary Academy.
