Mill Dam joined Waterton Academy Trust in 2017. The Trust consists of 13 primary phase schools, 3 Assessment Resource Provisions and 4 pre-schools in the Wakefield and Barnsley area. As part of this Trust both staff and children enjoy varied opportunities for collaboration in all areas of the curriculum.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Mill Dam, to appoint a highly motivated and committed Teacher to join our superb team. We would be interested in hearing from candidates who are committed and enthusiastic about education, highlighting a passion for and understanding of children’s learning, development and welfare.

In choosing a Class Teacher, we will be looking for someone who:
