What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors of this successful, friendly and caring Primary School wish to appoint a Teacher to cover a maternity leave.

Required from the Autumn term 2024.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • A passion for children’s learning.
  • Ability to provide a broad, stimulating and exciting curriculum.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to achieve the best possible outcomes for all children.
  • An extensive knowledge of the primary curriculum.
  • A strong ability to provide adaptive teaching; in particular raising the profile for SEND children.
  • Proven ability to drive achievement forward and ensure good progress through effectively tracking pupil learning.

In addition to the person specification candidates should:

  • Be an excellent educator.
  • Be committed to the ethos and values of the school becoming involved in all aspects of school life.
