This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed Catholic Multi Academy Trust. St Thérèse of Lisieux CMAT is one of four newly created Catholic Multi Academy Trusts (CMAT’s) in the Diocese of Nottingham, which provides consistent, proactive and high quality support and services to all our head teachers, senior leaders and trustees.
Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Primary school is a small school located in the town of Sleaford. With 164 children on roll, we promote and cherish our ‘family’ character so can confidently state our school is a happy and caring place to be. With the news of an imminent new arrival to our school family, we are keen to find a special teacher (with appropriate skills, knowledge, talent and ambition) to join our friendly team, in this maternity cover post. Every teacher in the school takes up some level of leadership responsibility, making this an excellent professional development opportunity for those early into their career or more experienced practitioners too.
