Innovate Multi Academy Trust (iMAT) is made up of six primary academies in rural locations outside of Daventry. Our mission is to establish great primary academies that are centres for innovation and excellence for leadership and teaching, where pupils are safe and engaged in their learning.

We are looking for a colleague to join our cheerful and enthusiastic team who:

  • Has the ability to recognise a child’s individual needs and support them to succeed

  • Work as part of a strong team to develop the quality of our curriculum

  • Bring a fun personality with a great sense of humour!

This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave. ECTs are welcome to apply. We will also consider applications from teachers interested in a part time job share.

Woodford Halse C.E. Primary Academy is a rural school in the Northamptonshire countryside with 254 primary pupils and around 50 nursery pupils from the local villages. Our school is on a large site on the outskirts of the village with facilities such as a forest school, preschool, swimming pool and a large playing field on site. We are part of the Innovate Multi Academy Trust, made up of four local village primary schools who work collaboratively to raise standards.
