As an experienced automotive educator or a skilled technician looking to transition into teaching, you will deliver high-quality training across all modes of attendance from Level 1 up to Level 3.

You will teach a diverse range of students across the following programmes:

(This payment is split into 2 halves – £1,500 will be paid on commencement of the role and £1,500 to be paid on successfully passing probation).

What You Will Do

  • Contribute to high standards of aspirational teaching, learning, and assessment.

  • Enthuse, motivate, and mentor the young technicians of the future, fostering a true passion for the automotive industry.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learner progress, attendance, and achievements within the College.

  • Bring drive, determination, and a desire to make a genuine difference to young people’s lives through education.

About You

  • You must hold a relevant Motor Vehicle qualification (or equivalent) OR have a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry/trade experience.
  • You should hold a full teaching qualification, or be fully willing to work towards achieving one with the College's support.
  • You must be digitally literate and confident using standard IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to assist with course administration and learning resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively motivate, inspire, and engage diverse groups of learners.
