What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be confident in teaching across both subjects
- Have essential knowledge of digital software and traditional art and craft techniques
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within the team.
- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences from our students
- Have a clear understanding of the requirements of Art & Photography at GCSE level
- Encourage and support students to achieve their full potential
The successful applicant will be part of a highly effective art and photography team and will contribute to both curriculum areas across the school to build on improving GCSE performance. They will be able to evidence their positive impact with students through exceptional practice.
