Teacher of Art job summary

We are really keen to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and dynamic teacher of Art within a thriving and ambitious Art department. The successful candidate will be: ● An excellent practitioner with a passion for Art ● Committed to the highest standard of achievement for all students. ● An outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. ● An enthusiastic team-player, self-motivated and committed to further professional development. Art is an incredibly popular subject at both key stage 4 and 5 with strong option numbers. Our fantastic team of staff are committed to students achieving outstanding results. This post offers a superb opportunity for an energetic teacher with excellent skills to develop further within a positive and supportive environment. It is suitable for an experienced teacher or someone at the start of their career. All staff that join the school benefit from a carefully structured programme of training and support and are provided with a school iPad. We are really keen to appoint the right person to our school and are determined to make this appointment despite the current unprecedented situation due to the coronavirus. The interviews for this post will be carried out via videolink in order to maintain the current recommendations in relation to social distancing.
