Teacher of Art & Design job summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a very successful and forward thinking Art & Design Department within a high performing school. GCSE results in 2019 were amongst the highest in the city with 100% of the cohort achieving a 4+ in GCSE with a progress measure of +0.78. At A level 75% of students in 2019 achieved a grade B and above with a 100% pass rate. Applicants will have had experience of teaching across the ability range at KS3 and KS4 and possibly KS5 and must be passionate, well organised, and hardworking, with high expectations of students and colleagues. Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to develop teaching resources and other assessment materials. An ability to teach A level is very desirable. ECTs are welcome to apply.
