About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high‑quality teaching in Art and Design Technology at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons that inspire creativity and curiosity.
- Assess, record and report on students’ progress and attainment.
- Create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support high‑quality teaching and learning across the department.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and foster positive relationships with students, colleagues and families.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has strong subject knowledge in Art and/or Design Technology.
- Demonstrates effective behaviour management skills.
- Is confident with ICT and classroom technologies (e.g., interactive whiteboards).
- Is reflective, innovative and passionate about supporting all students to achieve.
