About the Role

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high‑quality teaching in Art and Design Technology at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Plan and prepare engaging lessons that inspire creativity and curiosity.
• Assess, record and report on students’ progress and attainment.
• Create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support high‑quality teaching and learning across the department.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and foster positive relationships with students, colleagues and families.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has strong subject knowledge in Art and/or Design Technology.
• Demonstrates effective behaviour management skills.
• Is confident with ICT and classroom technologies (e.g., interactive whiteboards).
• Is reflective, innovative and passionate about supporting all students to achieve.
