We are looking to appoint a Teacher of Art with Photography to join our outstanding team of teachers. This post would suit either an experienced or ECT. The ethos of the team is extremely supportive and positive, with a proven track record of outstanding outcomes.

At Vandyke we are passionate about ensuring we provide an ambitious curriculum which nurtures and develops students’ passions. The art and photography department is very popular for GCSE and A Level study and is always seeking to develop its expertise and practice. You will be joining at a very exciting time.

The successful candidate will be reflective, innovative, and be willing to learn any new skills required to support the ever-changing needs of a demanding, rigorous and exciting art and photography curriculum. You will be joining a highly effective team who share the same goal: to move student experience and outcomes further forward. To this end, reflective practice and collaboration both in the department and across the school is vital. All art lessons are taught in our open-plan art department that includes classrooms, an ICT suite, a darkroom, printmaking facilities and a sixth form studio.
