What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative teacher to join our Enterprise Faculty in this successful selective girls’ school, which consistently achieves excellent academic outcomes. The successful candidate will be expected to teach both KS4 and KS5 Business. The desire to be involved in curriculum developments within the Faculty is essential along with a willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities and to contribute to the wider life of our school community.

KGGS is an outstanding selective academy of 1200 students where the focus in the classroom is on teaching and developing students and staff alike.
In 2019 Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School achieved some of its best ever results with 91% of our students achieving 5+ in both English and Mathematics, a progress 8 score of 0.92 and an attainment 8 score of 7.0. The school has a large sixth form of approximately 320 students with an average A-level grade of B- achieved in 2019.
KGGS was placed as one of the top performing state schools in the East Midlands according to the Sunday Times Schools guide 2020.
