Teacher of Business Studies job summary
Are you an outstanding teacher looking to develop your experience and professional career? We have an opportunity for you to do this to at St Bartholomew’s School. You might have a number of years experience or just starting your career as an NQT. We pride ourselves on our academic success. This year 83% of students achieved both GCSE English and Mathematics at level 4 or better and 29% of all grades were 9 – 7.
We are searching for a full-time Teacher of Business Studies to join us from 1 September 2020 on a permanent basis. The ability to teach Economics would be advantageous.
You will work in our committed and enthusiastic Social Sciences faculty, teaching students in a modern school, supported by an excellent house system.

St. Bartholomew's School was founded in 1466 and is proud of its ancient tradition. It is now an 11-18 comprehensive school of over 1900 students with a Sixth Form of 570 serving Newbury and a wide area of West Berkshire and the Hampshire/Wiltshire borders, with outstanding facilities.
