What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, committed and enthusiastic highly skilled Teacher of Business to a permanent full-time vacancy at The Henry Box School. We are also open to applications from applicants wanting part-time hours. Applications are welcome from ECTs or experienced teachers.
We are looking for candidates who are committed to the development ofBusiness and the Faculty. The successful candidate should be able to inspire and motivate students as well as have the ability to work well as part of a lively and professional team.

The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Ability to teach KS3 and KS4
- Effective behaviour management
- Knowledge of planning, assessment and record-keeping
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to further training and development
- Willingness and ability to be an effective tutor, including a willingness to teach PSHE
- It would also be desirable for you to be able to teach KS5

- www.stopforlifeoxon.org Stopfor Life is asmokingcessationservice- we support all tobacco smokers in the county aged 12 and over tostopsmoking, using techniques including 1 to 1 coaching, app support and smoking cessation aids - all of this is provided forfree. Support is tailored to the individual and can be done face to face, over the phone or via messaging. The aim is for each referral to be completely smoke-freeby the end of their 12-week plan.
